Step 2:

Schedule an appointment for a site visit with one of our experienced estimators.

Step 3:

Meet on site with an estimator. The estimator will walk through your project with you taking note of elevations, soil types, current conditions, and layout. You will then discuss your needs and desires. The estimator then will put together a proposal that meets your needs and fits within your budget. Most times the estimate is left on the spot before the estimator leaves. The estimate process takes between ½ hour to a 1 ½ hours depending on the complexity of the job.

Step 4:

If you have questions, different ideas or want to accept the proposal call the estimator at (651) 484-1696 and they will contact you. When you accept the proposal, the estimator will meet you again on site, review the contract and specifications with you to ensure everybody is on the same page. This is the time to get everything in writing. When an agreement has been reached, the contract is signed. Our terms are typically ½ down payments and the balance upon completion and customer satisfaction.

Step 5:

The estimator then processes your work order, gopher state one call is called to locate utility lines and your order goes to the scheduling department. The scheduling department will give you a call one day before the job is scheduled to be started. We will need your OK to start. Weather and unforeseen circumstance can affect the scheduling process so we ask for your patience especially during periods of rainy weather.
